Every item will be packed with extreme care, we want everything to arrive in perfect condition.

All customs documents will be filled in with accuracy to enable a smooth transaction to proceed.

We will do our best to track every item to your home, on this we give our assurance.

We will e-mail regularly to make sure that you are completely satisfied and confident.

We will endeavour to give you a full and clear description of each item, no matter what the cost, and this applies to any restoration work, or chips and cracks.

IF FOR SOME UNLIKELY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM GLAMORGAN ANTIQUES,THE FIRST THING YOU MUST DO IS TO SEND US AN E MAIL TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM..AFTER DISCUSSION, IF YOU STILL WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM,THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE GB STATUTORY LEGALLY BINDING PERIOD OF 10 DAYS. PLEASE SEND THE ITEM USING THE SAME WRAPPING PAPER AS YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM IN, ALL PACKED SAFELY AND SECURELY. THE COST OF THE RETURNING ITEM MUST BE BORNE BY THE BUYER. AFTER WE EXAMINE THE RETURNING ITEM(S) TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN WE SENT THEM, WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD.
WE ARE NOT OBLIGED BY LAW TO REFUND ANY PAYMENT AFTER THE "COOLING OFF PERIOD" OF 10DAYS.
