This is a mug to celebrate the Coronation of George the 6th and his beloved wife,the lat Queen Mum.It was designed by the art deco Doyen of her day Dame Laura Knight.It was also made by the famous Burleigh Pottery. The mug has a small grease stain to the inner lip and a small stain on the bottom,these areas have crazed.However there are no cracks or chips.For sale at £28. A bargain buy. |
