			CORONATION MUG OF EDWARD THE 7TH AND QUEEN ALEXANDER...Another excellent mug ~~ this one for the Coronation of Victorias son,Edward the 7th.The portrait on one side of the mug is the King and the other side shows the lovely Queen Alexander.(Alexander was deeply loved by the people,and was as popular as Princess Diana)..Lovely condition,small,underglaze chip on bottom,this was done in the firing(making) and is not damaged. £69.
1	RY101		This is such a lovely mug to celebrate Queen Victorias Diamond Jubille in 1897,so the mug is well over 100 years old.You can see how lovely it is.Queen Victoria surviving for such a long reign was quite a phenomena as people just did not live long in her days,unlike now.Anyway, a lovely rare item,something to treasure for the future. £90.
2	RY102		BRITANNIA RULES THE WAVES. This is a wonderful Victorian cream jug that was made at the time of the Crimean War c1853-57...Britain,allied with the French Empire,the Ottoman Empire and Sardinia,was fighting the might of the Russian Empire.It was a particularly brutal war ...Florence Nightingale was the famous nurse who pioneered modern battlefield nursing in the bloodbath of Crimea.On the jug you can see the flags of the allies,and the crown of Queen Victoria herself,The Empress of India. The jug is a good size at 4 inches tall and in very good condition,with no damage at all.The colours are bold and bright. £75.
2b	RY102b		Here we are offering a very nice mug to celebrate the Coronation of Edward the 7th and Queen Alexandra.This famous King and his beautiful wife who brought fashion back into being after the Black and sombre late Victorian years.Edward and Alex however lost 2 beautiful children in the 1890's,one was his eldest son who actually was engaged to be married to Princess Mary of Teck (later the wife of George the 5th) King Edward was grief stricken at the loss and never really got over it. The other child was the youngest to be born and lived only 24 hours after the birth.The Coronation took place in August as the King was diagnosed with acute appendicitis in June and the service and festivities had to be delayed.By then all the mugs and cups and teapots that were made for the June Coronation had already been made,so the date on this mug,as you can see was for June 26th 1902. This mug for sale £69.
2c	RY102c		DAME LAURA KNIGHT DESIGNED CORONATION MUG.A superb mug very sought after as it was designed by the famous Dame Laura herself.The King was our Queens father,George the 6th and the late Queen mother.Perfect condition. £85.
2d	RY102d		QUEEN VICTORIA GOLDEN JUBILEE 1887 CUP AND SAUCER.A beautiful set in pristine condition celebrating the 1887 Jubilee of Victoria.The condition is superb and there is the potters registration for the year 1887 underneath.£85.
2e	RY102e		OUR KING AND QUEEN. A Wills cigarette card album dated May 12th 1937,to commemorate the Coronation and life of George the 6th.A very clean book with the full set of correct cards displayed,also family photos of our present Queen as a little child, and the Castles they lived in..£24.

2g	RY102g		This is a mug to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of King George the 5th and Queen Mary.Sadly George the 5th (our current Queens Grandfather) did not live long after this celebratory year of 1935,but Queen Mary lived on for many years,bound to duty as was her way.This was the Queen who said "When I die,India will be engraved on my heart" She was also an avid collector of everything,and amassed a huge amount of wonderful items,many given her as gifts (although she would openly hint to guests that she expected to be given whatever she fancied,and the next day she would send her van to pick the items up) She died in 1953,very much loved by Britain and the Empire. This mug £35.
2h	RY102h		Another lovely small plate to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887. A dear little plate in great condition,no damage at all,just perfect. £65.
3	RY103		This is a most delightful small glass plate to celebrate Queen Victorias Golden Jubilee in 1887.It is oval in shape and is about 7inches long.The condition is excellent,a little gem and rare.. £65.
4	RY104		This is a mug to celebrate the Coronation of George the 6th and his beloved wife,the lat Queen Mum.It was designed by the art deco Doyen of her day Dame Laura Knight.It was also made by the famous Burleigh Pottery. The mug has a small grease stain to the inner lip and a small stain on the bottom,these areas have crazed.However there are no cracks or chips.For sale at £28. A bargain buy.

9	RY109		Very rare jug,showing Edward the 7th as the (younger) Prince of Wales with Princess Alexandra (later to become Queen after Victorias death).The jug is to commemorate their Silver Wedding anniversary in 1888.It measures about 5inches high and is in pristine condition with the Prince of Wales feathers on the back.If you wanted to buy a rare Royalty item then look no further,you will not find another. £90..
10	RY110		Very fine rare cup and saucer of a young Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.They were married in february 1840,and a happier couple than they were hard to find.This cup and saucer is a wonderful memorial to their wedding.The colours are Sunderland pink,and this set has lost no depth as sometimes the cups panel fades..Difficult to find at the best of times,but for the keen collector a "Must have" for their collections. There is a hairline in the centre of the saucer,but nothing else on the cup or suacer, and for something this old that is remarkable. For sale £83.
11	RY111		Fantastic Queen Victoria mug to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee in 1897.The opposite side to the portrait depicts images appertaining to the Queens Long Reign.The condition is excellent,wonderful purchase for a collector. £87.
