This is an amazing large book that was made for the Coronation of Bertie, our beloved late Queen Mother's husband George the 6th.It has the most amazing comprehensive historical pages and geneologies of the Royal Lines going right back to the King Egbert.The huge photos are superb,many in full colour, showing the Kings and Queens and events through the years from way back in time.There is a wonderful section on the amazing Jewels,different Crowns,Orbs,Sceptres,each description in full colour with a special section to the Thrones in use.The adverts are also wonderful,as of course the book was published in 1937.If you are a Royalty Historian or just interested in British History then don't lose this book.

THE EMPRESS OF INDIA PLATE.Extremely well preserved plate that was made in honour of the Queens Diamond Jubilee.There are wonderful details on this plate concerning Queen Victoria's long reign.You can see her Castles of residence,all in colour,and the various titles of the Queen....Queen Victorias favourite title,was to be called "The Empress of India".Beautiful plate in wonderful condition,made in 1897,Staffordshire. £89

CORONATION 1953.SUPERB DOUBLE ISSUE OF THE ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS.
This is a splendid double issue,with glorious photos of our Queen's Coronation,Elizabeth the 2nd.These books are like gold dust now in this condition.2012 is the Queens Diamond Jubilee year,so a very special, year for her.She will need another 4 years though to beat Queen Victorias record reign.

This is a really nice quality King Edward the 8th mug,that names the day he was crowned.This was actually cancelled as we all know,but this mug was one that slipped through the net,and shows him as crowned.£49

EMPRESS OF INDIA.This is a superb Black and White large mug/tankard to celebrate the Jubilee of Queen Victoria.As you can see it has the title "Empress of India".It was made in Staffordshire in 1887 for the mass market.This is a good solid Victorian mug with no damage or restoration.Also it is a rare style of mug.This is the 1st one we have had like this in over 40 years. £88

QUEEN VICTORIA DIAMOND JUBILEE MUG 1897.
Superb and rare designed mug for 1897.This mug is far better in the hand and the colours are very clear and bright.If you look into the diamond cartouche you will see each side the dates 1837 -1897.This is a very bold design,again really rare.Whoever buys this will be pleased.No damage at all,great condition. £79.

QUEEN VICTORIA GOLDEN JUBILEE MUG 1887.
Super mug in blue and white.Each side shows a picture of the Queen,and the cntre is what you see here.The mug is very primitive and was cheaply made for the public.There is no damage at all,but it does have a potters fault inside that has been glazed over when it was made.For sale £39.

EDWARD THE 8TH 1937.(The King Who Abdicated)

This is a very nice quality mug of a good size.It shows King Edward the 8th who abdicated the throne before he was crowned.Too late for the manufacturers,as there were loads of items,like this mug and more, all ready for sale!!.So many were sold in anticipation of the great event that we are able to see these old treasures now. No damage at all,pristine condition £53.

Rare 1897 Empress of India Child's mug.
This is a beautiful little porcelain mug,only 2.8inches tall and made by William Lowe of Staffordshire to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee in 1897.Prettily hand decorated ~ all in all it is in excellent condition with just a very small firing flaw.This item is 115 years old. £79.

QUEEN VICTORIA DIAMOND JUBILEE MUG.

This is a very unusual mug in pink transfer.It is in excellent condition and was produced in Staffordshire in 1897 to celebrate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.It measures 3.3 inches tall.This mug is 115 yrs old now. £75

Coronation hard cover book for 1937 and covers much more history.

Very nice book 160 pages,many plates in full colour.This book goes into depth about Edward the 8th and the subsequent abdication with plenty of photos of Wallis Simpson and Edward.Gorgeous photos and details about the young Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret Rose.The Coronation of our Queens father,George the 6th is fully covered in this book including a myriad of wonderful photos.Anyone who loves the Royals will love this book.The book is heavy and large and the post will be £10 in the UK.

Very nice souvenir book of the Coronation of George the 6th and the late Queen Mother.Lovely condition.Best one we have seen for this King.This is quite a RARE item,as the Coronation came about quite suddenly through the abdication of his older brother Edward the 8th.Absolutely lovely item.£26.

This is a delectable designed mug to celebrate the Coronation of George the 6th and Elizabeth Bowes Lyon in 1937.This Coronation came about by the abdication of King George's older brother King Edward.King George was a reluctant hero but became greatly loved as was the Queen.£48

Commemorative medal showing the heads of King Edward the 7th and Queen Alexandra.This was made for the opening of the Princess Alexandra Docks in Cardiff in 1907.This is an original item.In bronze.Now quite rare. £30

RARE ~ 356 PAGES OF HISTORY ALL IN FULL PAGE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE STATE FUNERAL OF GEORGE THE 6TH IN 1952.
Here we are offering a very comprehensive history of the State Funeral of George the 6th.The thick magazine,produced by the "Illustrated The Illustrated London News" is sought after as not many survived intact.The pages are clean and very readable,the only fault being the cover has loosened from it's staples.£48

HM.King Edward the 7th & Queen Alexandra Coronation mug.This is a beautiful coloured mug as you can see in fine porcelain,the photo of the Royal couple is particularly charming on this mug.Each side we have the Flags of the Empire and the crown above with rays of sunlight streaming out.A lovely item for the 1902 Coronation - over 100 years old. £88.

On offer here is a Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee mug dated 1897.This is a large blue coloured mug,showing the old Queen on the front and on the back it says "VR" the Queen's Jubilee,and Heather underneath,which probably denotes that this mug was given to a child called Heather.No damage at all. £48.

A beautiful 1902 Coronation mug of Edward the 7th and the beautiful Queen Alexandra.This mug is porcelain and very finely potted,if you hold it over the light you will see the translucency.Coloured photos on the front with details and dates on the back -- good gilding still.Wonderful condition for over 100 years old. £55.

DAME LAURA KNIGHT DESIGNED CORONATION MUG.A superb mug very sought after as it was designed by the famous Dame Laura herself.The King was our Queens father,George the 6th and the late Queen mother.Perfect condition. £85.

QUEEN VICTORIA GOLDEN JUBILEE 1887 CUP AND SAUCER.A beautiful set in pristine condition celebrating the 1887 Jubilee of Victoria.The condition is superb and there is the potters registration for the year 1887 underneath.£50

This is a mug to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of King George the 5th and Queen Mary.Sadly George the 5th (our current Queens Grandfather) did not live long after this celebratory year of 1935,but Queen Mary lived on for many years,bound to duty as was her way.This was the Queen who said "When I die,India will be engraved on my heart" She was also an avid collector of everything,and amassed a huge amount of wonderful items,many given her as gifts (although she would openly hint to guests that she expected to be given whatever she fancied,and the next day she would send her van to pick the items up) She died in 1953,very much loved by Britain and the Empire.  This mug £35.
